- In lieu emission of securities without the right of redemption;
- Listing of shares with the first emission (company founding, refinancing, investment funds of all types, issuing of long-term and short-term bonds) without the obligation of redemption;
- Preparation and organization of listing of securities on the quotation at the stock exchange or some other organized market;

- Evaluation of a company or parts of the company value;
- Status changes of joint stock companies (merger, affiliation, division);
- Restructuring of companies (organizational, status, financial, technological);
- Company management consulting;
- Restructuring through swap of shares in order to create more legal entities;
- Creation of investment studies, elaborates and business plans for allocation of loans or emission of securities as foundation for the prospect or when requested by the Client;
